Summer Seminar

Summer Seminar on Nationalism, Religion and Violence

Charles University in Prague and International Hellenic University in Thessaloniki organize a Summer Seminar on Nationalism, Religion and Violence. The seminar is taking place in Prague in Prague between June 20 and July 1, 2016.

 

Graduates' Careers

Prague Area Studies Masters' offer a theoretical teaching, allowing students to continue their studies with a PhD, and practical concepts that enable its students to find employment in both the public and private sectors. Graduates of our Area Studies programmes are now working in national government diplomatic and civil services, or non-governmental organizations. As regional analysts or territorial experts with profound languages knowledge they are sought after in private business companies as well. Apart from these career opportunities, many graduates too are engaged in academic work, often at European and US universities.

Most of the graduates found their job just few months after their graduation. Examples of jobs with our graduates: Radio Broadcaster Radio Free Liberty, Project Manager in People in Need, International Business Internship Coordinator at Intrax, Business development in Recruiting Agency, Consultant, Public Relations, Human Resources, etc.
